Shipping Information
We use UPS, FedEx and USPS for all orders shipped within the United States and to Canada and Germany.
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days and the average transit time will vary between 1 to 7 business days.
If ever there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via e-mail.
Return Policy
All purchases at www.velotransit.com are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you wish to exchange your product or receive a refund, you may do so within a 30-day cancellation period. The 30 days begin upon receipt of product and end upon receipt of returned goods at Velo Transit Customer Service Center.
All products Must be returned unused, unsoiled and with their original packaging and tags attached. The 30-day money back guarantee is Void if any product is returned used, soiled or without their original packaging.
Return shipping cost shall be born by customer.
The refund will be issued to the credit card account used for the purchase. The original outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
