I was a little sceptical ordering a pack online that I had never tried let alone seen, but from the first ride the Navigator has been awesome. I really love the simplicity of the design - enough compartments and straps for everything you need and nothing more. It's also roomy enough to fit as much as you'd want to carry on a commute, but also packs down nice and slim.

I've ridden with a bunch of packs over the past 20 years and this is hands down the most comfortable, practical and well designed commuting pack I've owned. As an added bonus it's made in North America...I've had the pack for close to a year now, and despite commuting five days a week in everything from -40C to +30C, snow, rain and blazing sun, apart from being a bit dirty it looks as good as new. I've also never had a drop of water get in the pack which was one of my key reasons for choosing it.

Best cycling backpack ever!!
Here in Vancouver it rains a lot, and it rains frequently. As a bicycle commuter, I wanted to be prepared for any kind of weather, and I want to be able to have enough room to do my shopping, commuting, etc., and I want it to look good (i'm vain).
The Navigator 30 is amazing. It isn't big on your back until you need it to be. The side cinch straps open up, and the top flap extends. It can hold a little and a lot.
I never need to worry about my computer, cellphone, other electronics, clothes, etc. It's totally waterproof.
Over the years, I have had packs from Chrome, Timbuktu, REI and others, looking for the right features. I wanted a pack that I could use year-round.
I added on a mesh side pocket, a hip belt pocket, a drink holder side pocket, and a cell phone pocket on the shoulder strap. I also ordered the padded computer sleeve that velcros into the inner compartment (perfect size for my Surface Pro) I love how I can attach accessories that I need and change them out.
It's a little heavy -- all of those features add weight, but the flexibility is worth it.
The best all around cycle commuter backpack!

wish the 'quick access' pocket was a little bigger but other than that it's a great fit, plan on enjoying this bag for years. Durable, ergonomic, dynamic to size, wish the 'quick access' pocket was a little bigger but other than that it's a great fit, plan on enjoying this bag for years!

I ordered this bag after trying it on in the showroom. It's a great size for all I need for my commute to work (extra pair of clothes, lunch, bike lock, and toiletries to shower at work). Also, living in a city that rains almost 9 months out of the year, the water-proofing has proven itself. Great product, great people.
