For this reason we use the best materials available with the best construction techniques. 

Velo Transit offers a Lifetime Warranty on all of the products we manufacture against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser. We will repair or replace any bag we deem to be defective. If the product's condition is deemed to be a result of normal wear, tear or abuse, Velo Transit will repair the product for a nominal fee. Shipping costs shall be born by owner to Velo Transit; and by Velo Transit to owner if defects are found. In the event of normal wear and tear or abuse, all shipping costs shall be born by owner.
